Because our products are made from natural crystals, every bead is unique in pattern, color, and texture — this is not a flaw, but part of its beauty and individuality.

For this reason, we encourage mindful purchasing before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
You can always contact us for any return question at healingmindstore@gmail.com.
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
The item must be in the original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Crystal bracelets and jewelry that have been worn
Customized or personalized items
Items marked as final sale

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Processing time: 10 business days
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at healingmindstore@gmail.com.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will:
Offer a replacement OR
Provide a full refund (including shipping)
Please inspect your item upon arrival.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
- In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. You will be notified promptly if this occurs.
